CU Lending operates in accordance with the provisions of the Fair Housing
Act and Equal Credit Opportunity Act. The Fair Housing Act makes it unlawful to discriminate in housing related
activities against any person because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap, or
familial status. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits discrimination with respect to any aspect of a
credit transaction on the basis of sex, race, color, religion, national origin, marital status, age (provided
the borrower has the capacity to enter into a binding contract), receipt of public assistance, or because
the borrower has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
